As you know, Wilcity is facing an issue with Ticksy that makes your ticket does not show up Support system.

We contacted already (We already opened more than 20 tickets), but this issue persists still today.

To avoid delaying response, We decided to move Support Center to

We are working on the both and We are postponing disabling Ticksy Support on 20th June 2019. So, if you have any new question or you opened a ticket a few days ago but still not get a response from us, We highly recommend opening a ticket on center now.
